We can replace steerer tubes professionally & safely using CE approved quality ND Tuned components that are compatible with most brands, we can also supply genuine Fox or Rockshox steerers, just ask for a quote.
They are available in alloy & carbon flavours for XC, Enduro & Downhill forks.

What is Burnishing?
Burnishing the guide bushes in mountain bike fork lowers is a process that improves the smoothness and performance of the fork.
It is a finishing process where a smooth, hard tool is rubbed on the surface of a material to polish it and improve its surface finish and hardness. In the context of bike fork bushings, it’s used to smooth out the bushing surfaces for better fork stanchion movement, the process also ensure the bushes are round & corrects any ovality.
Firstly, we examine the condition of the fork, checking to see how smooth the interface between the stanchion & the guide bushes is, we then take a measurement of the stanchion diameter & take a measurement of the bushs to see what clearance we have & check for ovalistion. Based on these results we can determine if action is required & select the appropriate sized tool to complete the job.
Using a hydraulic press, we push athe burnishing tool down the fork lowers to ensure smooth, even contact This method will apply consistent pressure and ensure uniform burnishing.
The tool is then wound out in reverse mechanically.
